Magforcez is operated by ProQ S.A.L, a Lebanese-registered company.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, unauthorized access, or reproduction of site content is strictly prohibited. All website content is the intellectual property of Magforcez or its licensors.

4. Product Information

Magforcez offers textile products (including towels and related items) for one-time purchase. We strive to display product descriptions, specifications, and prices accurately. However, we reserve the right to make changes at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payments

  • No account creation is required to place an order.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card and cash on delivery (COD).

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion.

6. Shipping

  • We currently ship to all regions within Lebanon.

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Magforcez.

  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days upon return inspection.

  • Custom-made or altered items are non-returnable unless defective.

8. User Reviews and Submissions

You may post reviews and comments. By submitting content, you grant Magforcez a royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate or misleading content.

9. Intellectual Property
