Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed towels

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (marked as “Final Sale”)

Once approved, we will arrange free pickup from your location within Lebanon.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Refunds are not issued for delivery delays outside our control.

Exchanges

We offer free size or color exchanges if the product is available in stock.
To request an exchange, follow the same steps as for a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos.
We will prioritize replacements or refunds at no cost to you.
